Our tool available to all our loss adjusters and technicians. An intuitive user interface and a simple experience based on linear workflows to be used directly on site or for remote surveys.



The chain of activities to manage the claims is orchestrated with Bizagi, a Business Process Automation platform that allocates the tasks to our adjusters and operators ensuring the expected service levels.

Each policyholder receives via SMS or e-mail a link to access his reserved area, where he can book appointments with our adjusters, upload useful documents, and keep himself updated on the claim.
